Measurements must be the correct on ordering as shade cannot be guaranteed  for extra boxes ordered. All boxes must be checked for breakages and reported same day of collection or delivery. Please ensure tile sizing and shades are correct prior to fixing as no claims can be accepted after tiles have been fixed. We do not accept returns on special items ordered. Handling charge of 20% on all other returns once returned within 15 days of invite date. 

No cash refunds, credit note or refund cheque only. The application and  use of tiles is out of the control of Waterhouse Tiles and it is therefore the end user’s responsibility to manage risk of slip and fall
